OUR VALUES
Intimacy with Jesus We strive to see all children experience life transformation and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Biblical Truth We teach the truth of the Bible to children on a weekly basis, and seek to ensure that all have a proper understanding of God’s Word.
Intentional Hospitality Whether it’s through greeting children at the door or participating with them in activities, our hope is that every child would feel accepted in our ministry and have a desire to return week after week.
Ministry Excellence Because we represent Christ, we intend for all that we do, from the broadest program to the smallest detail, to be done in a way that glorifies God and brings honor to His name.
GOD’S guidance for his children
QUESTIONS ABOUT SALVATION/BAPTISM
Many children ask questions related to their personal salvation experience long before they are ready to become a Christian. The questioning process may begin years before the child is ready to proceed with a decision to follow Jesus as his/her personal Lord and Savior. When your child asks questions, please do your best to answer him/her as honestly as possible. Remember, you are developing his/her understanding and aiding in the spiritual maturing process. Here are a few sample questions:
- How can I get baptized?
- What does it mean to be a Christian?
- When can I get baptized?
- What is sin?
- Why did Jesus have to die on the cross?
As you answer these and other related questions, it is a good idea to point out verses in The Bible and allow your child to read them. This will help the child by remembering what The Bible says.
